Refund Policy
1. Prototyping is free
Building and prototyping on WholeStack costs nothing and requires no payment method. There is nothing to refund at this stage.
2. Verified deployment fee ($299, one time per application)
The deployment fee is charged only when ShipGate issues a SHIP verdict for your application.
- 14-day guarantee. If the deployed application does not perform materially in line with the intent contract that ShipGate verified, tell us within 14 days of the charge. If we cannot fix it, we refund the fee in full.
- Failed verdicts are never charged. A NO_SHIP verdict produces no fee.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full whenever they occur.
- Not refundable: requests made after 14 days, changes of mind once the application is deployed and in use, or issues caused by changes you made outside the verified contract.
3. Managed production ($79 per month per application)
- Cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- We do not pro-rate partial months, except where local consumer law requires it.
- If you cancel within 7 days of a first-time subscription charge and have not used managed production in that period, we refund that charge in full.
- Sustained service failure caused by us, and not remedied after you report it, is refundable for the affected period.
4. Chargebacks
Contact us before opening a chargeback. We would rather fix the problem or refund it directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@wholestack.ai with your account email, the application, the charge date, and a short description of the problem. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Statutory rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
