Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms & Conditions. It applies to everything you build, deploy, or run through WholeStack.
1. Prohibited activity
- Unlawful activity, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, phishing, credential harvesting, or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Unauthorised access to, scanning of, or interference with any system, network, or account.
- Bulk unsolicited messaging, spam, or deceptive marketing.
- Child sexual abuse material, content that sexualises minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Content that incites violence, harasses, or promotes hate against people on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Fraud schemes, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or deceptive financial products.
- Applications designed to mislead people about whether they are dealing with software or a human, in contexts where that deception causes harm.
2. Platform integrity
- Do not circumvent quotas, rate limits, billing, or verification controls.
- Do not attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent a ShipGate verdict or its signature.
- Do not reverse engineer the compiler or verification services except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Do not resell raw platform capacity as a competing generation or verification service.
3. Regulated and high-risk uses
You are responsible for regulatory compliance in your domain. If your application handles health records, payment card data, children’s data, credit decisions, or other regulated categories, you must implement and validate the controls your regulator requires. Do not use the Services for applications where a failure could cause death or serious physical injury without independent safety review.
4. Data you upload
Only upload data you are entitled to process. Do not upload personal data of others without a lawful basis, and do not upload secrets belonging to third parties.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or report activity to authorities. Where practical and lawful we will notify you first and give you a chance to correct the issue.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@wholestack.ai with enough detail to reproduce or locate the issue.
