Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. This policy explains what we use and why, and supplements the Privacy Policy.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required to sign in, keep a session alive, balance load, and protect against fraud and abuse. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Preferences
Remember choices such as interface state so the product behaves consistently between visits.
Analytics
Aggregate measurement of page views, feature usage, and errors, so we can find broken paths and improve performance. We configure analytics to minimise personal data and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Marketing
Used only where you have consented, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns that bring people to the site.
3. Third parties
Some cookies are set by providers who deliver parts of the Services, for example our payment processor, error monitoring, and analytics tools. Those providers process data under their own policies and our contracts with them.
4. Your controls
- Where required by law, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change that choice at any time.
- Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and other core functions.
- Browser “do not track” and Global Privacy Control signals are respected where applicable law requires it.
5. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last from a few days up to 13 months, depending on purpose, and are refreshed only while you keep using the Services.
