Loading ShipGate
ShipGateShipGate over remote MCP. An agent registers a subject and its evidence, then `shipgate_run` returns SHIP, NO_SHIP or BLOCKED with the failing clauses. SHIP needs a contract WholeStack sealed. A contract written by hand for other software returns BLOCKED until ShipGate can take a repository.
